01
Create a Project
Click "New Project" in the left panel and name it after your client or property. Each project saves automatically and holds all spaces for that job. You can run multiple projects at once.
02
Fill In Your Project Details
At the top of every view, add your client name, project address, and tax rate. Then set your three logistics lines — Shipping/Freight, Warehouse/Storage, and Delivery & Install. Each has a % / $ toggle so you can charge as a percentage of the subtotal or enter a flat dollar amount, whichever matches how you work.
03
Work Through Each Space
Navigate spaces using the left sidebar. Every project starts with all 16 standard rooms pre-loaded with line items. The three dots next to each space show your completion progress. For each item, enter the quantity needed and the unit investment amount based on your client's preferred product level. The line total calculates automatically. Example: 6 dining chairs at $800 each = $4,800.
04
Add Custom Spaces as Needed
Every home is different. Use "Add Space" at the bottom of the sidebar to add any room or area not covered by the 16 standard spaces. Pick a template to start from or go completely blank.
05
Review the Project Summary
Click "Project Summary" in the sidebar for the full rollup — every space total, tax, all three logistics lines, and your project grand total. This is the number you bring back to your client.
06
Save and Pick Up Where You Left Off
Your work saves automatically in this browser. To move a project to another device, click "Save Project" in the top bar to download a .json file, then use "Load Project" on any device to bring it back in. Do this at the end of every session — it is your backup. Do not clear your browser data without saving your project files first.
07
Export Your PDFs
Click "Export Estimate" in the top bar to generate a branded estimate PDF — your firm name, address, phone, email, and logo at the top, estimate data below. Choose a summary view or full line-item detail. When you are ready to get sign-off, click "Generate Approval Form" from the Project Summary page for a clean client-facing document with a signature line per space and a full approval block at the bottom. Both PDFs carry your branding only.

How Your Data is Stored

Your projects save automatically in your browser on this device. That data is tied to your password — if someone else opens this tool with a different password on the same computer, they will see nothing. Your work is invisible to them.

Your data does not sync to the cloud or any server. It lives in this browser only. Do not clear your browser data unless you have already downloaded your projects using the "Save Project" button. Clearing browser data will permanently delete everything stored here — and there is no way to recover it. The PDF export is for your client, not a backup of your work.

If you switch devices or need to move your work, use "Save Project" to download a .json file and "Load Project" to bring it in on the other device. Get in that habit at the end of every working session.

Clearing browser data will also log you out of this device. Your password cannot be reset or recovered — it was set at the time of purchase and is fixed. Keep it somewhere safe because it is the only way back in.

The cloud version of this tool is coming. When it launches, you will be able to migrate your saved files straight in.
